The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is responsible for managing the application of bankruptcy and personal property security laws by providing high quality personal and trustee insolvency, regulatory and enforcement, and personal property security services.
AFSA is looking for exceptional senior executives to fill a number of positions at the SES Band 1 level. These roles include:
NATIONAL OFFICER – LEGAL AND GOVERNANCE (Ref. No 1036)
the national manager, Legal and Governance is responsible for leading the provision of internal advice and support to AFSA on legal matters; risk and assurance, including carrying out a program of quality reviews; coordinate the internal audit program; business continuity; and contract governance. (A graduate or postgraduate degree in law is a prerequisite for this post).
NATIONAL MANAGER – CUSTOMER & DIGITAL SERVICES (Ref. N° 1037)
the national manager, Customer and digital services is responsible for providing information that will enable people to make informed decisions and has the following sections Digital Delivery; Securities Registry Program (PPSR); AFSA Service Center; and business applications.
GENERAL MANAGER (SES BAND 1) (Ref. No 1038)
the CEO is responsible for delivering a range of business and enabling services by providing professional services and leadership that support the effective and efficient operations of the agency while ensuring compliance with Commonwealth legislation, policies and guidelines and promoting the integrity, accountability and transparency.

You will have a high level written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and persuade.
